An NZ trip and getting closer

We have just done a bit of NZ travel, up to Paihia in the Bay of Islands - just an overnight to visit family and friends, but whilst we were there, we did have a quick jet ski experience with Tango Jet Ski Tours.  Paula rode pillion with number 2 grandson Matt - who is working there for his Dad and I followed at a discreet distance, as this was my first time on a jet ski and am no water baby.  A warm spa pool is my real preference.  I still managed a few bursts up to 50 knots which was plenty fast enough for a first time.
The  Sun Princess was in on the Monday morning and Paihia soon filled with cruisers, lanyards swinging!  This was their first stop after Sydney and a quick chat with a couple of them showed that was too early to grill them on the entertainment staff so we have no idea if Marcus and Steph were aboard, nor any of our other friends.
With just two months and 10 days to go before we leave NZ, maybe time to start and try to learn the itinerary, as so far, it hasn't really sunk in.
So this is the Emerald Princess (same size ship as the Diamond) itinerary for the Baltics.  A totally different experience from the Med or the East.
Southampton - Zeebrugge - Copenhagen - Stockholm - Helsinki - St. Petersburg - Tallinn - Gdynia - Oslo - Southampton
